GMB holds a variety of internal events with the aim of increasing employee engagement. On August 22nd, we held our first summer festival event, “GMB Fest,” for employees and their families. Approximately 300 people enjoyed a late-summer feast.

The event included a spontaneous karaoke competition on a special stage, performances by street performers, and a bingo tournament. We also planned a variety of events, including a food corner featuring nine carefully selected food trucks from within and outside the prefecture. We also had a children’s festival with activities like super ball scooping and target practice, which greatly enlivened the venue.

The event provided an opportunity for employees to deepen their connections with each other and their families, and was very well received by participants.

GMB will continue to implement various initiatives with the aim of creating a workplace where employees can work comfortably and understand each other better.
