GMB held a compliance study session on Thursday, July 17, 2025, for employees at the section chief level and below to enhance their compliance awareness. The session was conducted simultaneously across three locations: the main venue at the Nara Plant, with online broadcasts to the Kitahama Office and the Yao Plant. 

The classroom session used specific case studies to teach participants what types of words, actions, and situations constitute harassment, helping them avoid becoming perpetrators. It also explained the discipline, norms, and internal regulations employees must follow while working at the company, deepening their understanding of the behavioral standards required in daily work. 

Furthermore, through group work, participants exchanged opinions on “their ideal workplace,” learning about the balance between rights and obligations in the workplace and the importance of communication based on mutual respect. They also discussed the importance of interacting with workplace colleagues with respect and gratitude, providing each participant with an opportunity to engage with compliance as a personal responsibility. 

GMB will continue to hold compliance study sessions going forward, aiming to realize a workplace environment where all employees can work with peace of mind.
