GMB held a compliance study session on Thursday, October 17, 2025, for managers at the Assistant Manager level and above to enhance employee compliance awareness. This session invited an external lecturer with the aim of fostering a correct understanding of compliance and deepening knowledge regarding various misconducts, such as harassment.

Centered on group work, the session covered foundational knowledge of compliance in the Reiwa era and provided concrete examples on preventing workplace harassment and responding appropriately. It served as a valuable opportunity for each employee to learn key points requiring consideration in daily work and appropriate communication methods.

As a session targeted at management, it also addressed ensuring psychological safety in the workplace and the importance of courtesy and recognizing others, providing a chance to reconsider managerial responsibilities and roles.

GMB will continue to hold compliance study sessions going forward, aiming to create a workplace environment where all employees can work with peace of mind.
