GMB announces that on January 26, 2026, the Kitahama Office and Yodoyabashi Office will be consolidated and relocated as the “Osaka Branch” at the Nara Factory. 

Since its founding in 1943, the GMB Group has provided a wide range of products to customers both domestically and internationally. This includes supplying products to automobile manufacturers and parts manufacturers, as well as expanding into the aftermarket. In 2023, we celebrated our 80th anniversary and are committed to creating a workplace where every employee finds fulfillment and to realizing a sustainable global enterprise.

This consolidation and relocation of the Kitahama and Yodoyabashi offices aims to provide a more comfortable workplace environment and secure top talent. It involves integrating the aftermarket sales department from the Kitahama office, the Human Resources Department and Corporate Planning Department from the Yodoyabashi Office, and certain sales-related departments from the Nara Headquarters. By consolidating these functions into a single office as the Osaka Branch, we will facilitate communication between departments, accelerate decision-making, promote information sharing, and advance the development of a workplace environment that accommodates diverse work styles. Furthermore, we will strengthen collaboration across our businesses, leading to improved customer service and the further stabilization and strengthening of our business foundation.

The new office is located in the Yodoyabashi area of Chuo Ward, Osaka City, directly connected to Yodoyabashi Station on the Midosuji Subway Line, offering excellent public transportation access. By creating an environment that facilitates commuting for employees and accommodates visitors, we aim to achieve both operational efficiency and a comfortable working environment.
